B & G Specialty is committed to providing superior customer service. Anytime you have a question,suggestion, etc. send me an email at info@bgspecialty.com I answer all emails within 48 hrs. and at your request, will call if you include a phone number & best time to reach you. If you live close by and have a problem with any products you purchased from us and request it, I will come to you to help resolve any application or product performance issues you may have with any of our products.

OUR GUARANTEE

If any products you buy from B & G Specialty do not meet your expectations, you can return them for a full refund or store credit (minus original shipping charge) within 30 days of purchase date. Product containers less than half full and/or whose contents do not match the original product are not eligible for refund or credit.

We currently accept payment with MasterCard, Visa, Discover & Diners Club for online, fax & mail orders. Sorry, no personal checks.

ORDERING ONLINE: Ordering from B & G Specialty online is secure, all critical information like credit card numbers, etc. are encrypted.  We use a shared SSL which is provided by Website Source, the company that hosts our website. Due to the way the shared SSL must be configured, when going through the online ordering process,  you will notice a dialog box will appear with 3 options, “YES”, “NO” & “MORE INFO” clicking on “YES” or “NO” will take you to the next page of the ordering process, clicking on “MORE INFO” will tell you that the site is secure. SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship via UPS within the Continental U.S.  Select your preferred UPS shipping method from the shipping options drop down menu during checkout. Most orders are shipped within 24 hrs. Average delivery time is usually between 2 - 7 days depending on distance from shipping location. We stock all the items we offer, but if we are out of an item or it is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as we get it.  We receive shipments from our suppliers within 2 - 3 days. All ordered items are checked to make sure caps are tight and product is correct. Items are then securely packed for shipment.
